After-Care

Alteration Policy

We want every dress to fit perfectly. If adjustments are needed after delivery, we are here to help.

Alteration Fee

Starting from IDR 150.000, depending on complexity of adjustments required.

Size Adjustment Limit

Alterations accommodate up to 8 cm difference. Beyond that, full reconstruction may be required.

Turnaround Time

7–10 working days after we receive the item (excluding shipping time).

Return Shipping

Return shipping cost to and from our atelier is covered by the client.
